For brands & creators
Terms of service.
Clear expectations make better collaborations. These are the ground rules for finding partners, running campaigns, creating content, and getting paid through CollabLovin.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CollabLovin (“CollabLovin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of collablovin.com and our business and creator platforms, apps, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only where permitted by law and with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits use is responsible for that use.
If you use the Services for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and act for it. “You” then includes both you and that organisation.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration, profile, business, billing, and tax information, and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate another person or organisation or create an account using information you are not authorised to use.
Keep login credentials and one-time codes confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for managing team-member access. Tell us promptly at support@collablovin.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Our platform’s role
CollabLovin provides tools that help businesses and creators discover one another, exchange campaign information, manage collaborations, publish or track content, review performance, and arrange payments. A business creates and manages campaigns; a creator chooses whether to participate and produces or publishes content.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, CollabLovin is not a party to a separate agreement between a business and a creator and does not employ either party. We do not guarantee that a campaign will be approved, accepted, published, completed, or produce a particular commercial result.
4. Business responsibilities
Businesses must provide clear and accurate campaign briefs, deliverables, eligibility criteria, claims, budgets, schedules, usage rights, and payment terms. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the products, services, brand assets, links, and instructions you provide.
Honour commitments accepted through the Services. Do not require misleading claims, hidden advertising, unlawful content, fake engagement, or conduct that violates a social platform’s rules. Review creator work in good faith and communicate requested changes promptly and reasonably.
5. Creator responsibilities
Creators choose which invitations and campaigns to accept. Before accepting, review the brief, deliverables, schedule, content rights, payment terms, and any product or travel requirements. By accepting, you agree to complete the work you accepted with reasonable care and by the agreed deadlines.
Keep profile, audience, and connected-account information truthful. Submit original work or material you are authorised to use, follow the approved brief, make required disclosures, and do not artificially inflate views, clicks, followers, or engagement.
6. Campaign commitments and changes
A campaign brief and any additional terms accepted by its participants form the campaign-specific agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the campaign-specific terms control only for that campaign and only to the extent of the conflict.
Changes, pauses, cancellations, or removal of an invitation do not automatically cancel work already accepted or completed, remove published content, reverse settled earnings, or release funds needed for pending review. Participants should agree to material changes in writing through the Services where possible.
7. Content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit or create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, display, transmit, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services and carry out the relevant campaign. This licence ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal retention, backups, and completed campaign records.
A collaboration does not automatically transfer ownership of a creator’s content to a business. Reposting, editing, whitelisting, paid-media use, exclusivity, and other licensing rights must be stated in the campaign terms or separately agreed with the rights holder. You confirm that your content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
8. Advertising disclosures
Businesses and creators share responsibility for making sponsored content truthful and clearly identifiable as advertising. Follow all applicable consumer-protection, endorsement, advertising, and disclosure laws, along with the rules of each social platform used. In India, this includes applicable ASCI Code and Guidelines.
Disclosures must be prominent, understandable, and placed where people are likely to notice them. CollabLovin may request a correction or remove campaign material from the Services if a required disclosure is missing or misleading.
9. Payments, fees, and taxes
Campaign pricing, eligible activity, platform fees, taxes, currency, settlement conditions, and payment timing are shown in the Services or the campaign-specific terms. Review them before funding or accepting a campaign. You authorise the charges you confirm and must use payment and payout methods you are authorised to use.
Wallet funds may be reserved for campaign commitments and may not be available for other uses while work, activity review, refunds, or disputes remain pending. A return to an in-platform wallet is different from a refund to the original payment method. Payment providers may apply their own verification, processing times, limits, or fees.
Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, campaign-fund releases, requests, and payment processing.
You are responsible for taxes, registrations, invoices, and reporting that apply to your activity or earnings. We may collect tax information, issue transaction records, or withhold amounts where required by law.
10. Measurement and analytics
Views, clicks, reach, engagement, conversions, and similar metrics may come from social platforms, browsers, devices, or our own systems. They may be delayed, estimated, deduplicated, corrected, or unavailable. Displayed activity is not automatically eligible for payment.
We may exclude duplicate, automated, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise invalid activity. Forecasts and examples are informational and do not guarantee audience size, spend, clicks, installs, sales, or any other result.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or another person’s rights;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, harass, threaten, exploit, or distribute unlawful or harmful material;
- create artificial traffic or engagement, manipulate tracking or payment records, or bypass eligibility checks;
- upload malware, probe or disrupt security, access accounts or data without permission, or interfere with the Services;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use automated systems against the Services except where we authorise it or the law permits it; or
- use another member’s personal or campaign information outside a legitimate collaboration purpose.
12. Third-party services
The Services may connect to social networks, payment processors, websites, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Only connect accounts and grant permissions you are authorised to manage.
We do not control a third party’s approval decisions, outages, account restrictions, content removals, data accuracy, or feature changes. Those events may affect publishing, reporting, or payments on CollabLovin.
13. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. Use personal information you receive through the Services only for legitimate account or campaign purposes and protect it from unauthorised access or disclosure.
We may send service, security, account, campaign, billing, and legal notices electronically. Marketing messages will include the choices required by applicable law. Keep your contact information current so important notices reach you.
14. CollabLovin ownership
We and our licensors own the Services, including their software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials, excluding content provided by members. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. You may not use our name, marks, or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure, subject to unresolved campaigns, payments, disputes, legal retention, and other obligations. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to address a breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, harm to others, or legal requirement.
Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and offer a way to contact support. Termination does not erase rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain in effect.
16. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep CollabLovin reliable, but the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every member is who they claim to be, or that a collaboration will achieve a particular result.
You are responsible for evaluating other members, briefs, content, claims, permissions, and commercial decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollabLovin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from the Services.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to CollabLovin in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or ₹10,000. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
18. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements evolve. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law.
Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not by themselves reprice an already accepted campaign agreement. Continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting a formal proceeding, contact us with a clear description of the issue and the relevant account, campaign, or transaction reference. We will try in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a remedy that cannot be waived by law.
20. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, account restrictions, campaigns, or payments can be sent to support@collablovin.com. Include the relevant reference so we can review the issue, but never send a password, one-time code, or full payment-card details.
