Cookie policy.

This policy explains when CollabLovin uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies, what they do, and how you can control them.

Version 1.0 Effective 18 September 2026
✦
Cookies at a glance

We use necessary technologies to provide, secure, and remember choices in the Services. Optional technologies are not enabled on the public website unless you accept them. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using CollabLovin.

The public website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and honour the choice stored in your browser.

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy applies to collablovin.com and the CollabLovin business, creator, administration, mobile, campaign-measurement, and related services (together, the “Services”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Technologies we use

A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage keeps information in your browser without automatically sending it with each request. Session storage is normally removed when the browser tab or session ends. Mobile apps may use equivalent device storage.

Some values are persistent and remain until their stated expiry or until you remove them. Others are session-only. A technology can be set directly by CollabLovin or, where disclosed, by a service we use.

3. Necessary storage

Necessary technologies support functions you request and cannot be switched off through our consent banner. Depending on the Service, they may be used to:

  • authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions;
  • protect sign-up, sign-in, payment, and account flows;
  • remember security, workspace, interface, or accessibility choices;
  • save work such as campaign or product drafts on your device; and
  • prevent duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or owner-generated campaign traffic.

Our consent record, collablovin_cookie_consent, is held in local storage until you clear it or we replace the consent version. It records whether optional technologies are permitted, the policy version, and the time of your choice.

4. Preferences and product features

The account platforms use browser storage for requested product features such as theme, sidebar state, active workspace, saved creators, setup progress, and unsent drafts. These values improve continuity and may remain until you clear them, sign out, complete the relevant task, or the Service removes them.

5. Measurement and campaign links

When someone follows a CollabLovin campaign link, we may set the secure, HTTP-only __Host-llv cookie for up to 30 days. It contains a signed random identifier and expiry time. We use it to recognise repeat activity, count eligible traffic, and help detect manipulation; it does not contain your name or email.

A business owner preview may use the secure, HTTP-only __Host-llv-owner cookie for up to 30 days so the owner’s own preview is not treated as campaign traffic. Hosted tracking scripts may also keep short-lived campaign attribution in local storage so a requested form submission can be associated with the correct campaign.

The public website does not currently activate optional analytics or advertising cookies. Your optional-cookie choice provides a control for future optional measurement; those technologies must remain off unless you accept them.

6. Third-party services

If you choose to sign in with, connect, or continue to a social network, payment provider, or another external service, that service may use its own cookies on its domain under its own policy. We do not control storage placed directly by a third party. Review its notice before continuing.

7. Your cookie choices

Select “Accept optional” or “Reject optional” in the banner. You can revisit the same controls at any time through Cookie settings. A new choice replaces the previous one for this browser and takes effect for future use. It does not remove information already processed lawfully.

8. Browser and device controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking necessary storage may sign you out, lose local drafts or preferences, or prevent security and payment features from working. Browser controls are specific to each browser, device, and profile.

9. Retention and policy updates

We keep each stored value only for its stated duration or for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. We may update this list as the Services change. If an update materially changes optional uses, we will request a new choice where required.

10. Contact us

For questions about cookies or browser storage, email support@collablovin.com. Tell us which CollabLovin site, app, or campaign link you used and the browser or device involved, but do not send passwords or codes.

Your preferences stay in your hands.

Review or change your optional-cookie choice at any time.
